Root Boot Loops with any ROM?

So have been running on Cyanogen 5.0.5.4 and it was working pretty well so I figured I would update to the .7 and everything went fine until I needed to a reboot. At which point I noticed it would just boot loop over and over again. Went back to .4 and everything worked fine so I reflashed to .7 again and once again I get boot loops. At this point I was annoyed so I decided to switch over to Bugless Beast since I had heard good things. Did a full wipe and install and everything went fine for the next couple hours, that was until I had to do a reboot and once again I get a boot loop three or four times and then when it finally does boot up completely it doesn

Yes, SetCPU can be the problem - if your settings are pushing the phone beyond it's capabilities. Just having the app should not be causing you issues, but if it boot loops, the first thing I would do is *not* enable on boot until you find a stable OC.
