Root Boot Screen?

Hey, i have an i5700 and rooted quite a while ago. Im a total NOOB and seem to have got myself into quite a mess. I rooted with leshaks kernal and my phone booted with the samdroid boot screen but i also added 2 new bootscreens somewhere along the line. Id like to know how to remove them and start again with one of the boot screens.

Any ideas
If this has been asked before please move it moderator, i searched for hours and couldnt find one :/

My guess would be too re-download and re-apply the kitchen update with only one boot screen selected.
