I am new this phone and rooting just bought the phone tuesday and rooted it yesterday. I installed a custom rom and boot animation but I can not get a boot up sound to work. I have tried placing a PowerOn file in /system/media and just about everywhere else suggested online.
I tried flashing a zip from this [MOD] Enable Custom Bootsounds - Incredible - xda-developers but it comes with
"E:Error in /sdcard/bootshound-inc-cm-signed.zip (status 0)"
Anyone know a different way or a way to make this one work?

Also I wondering if there was anybody that could try and turn this into a boot animation...I tried but could not get it to work.
