If you mean the app that autoruns when you finishing booting your phone then i recommend "gemini app manager ". You select whichever apps that autoruns and disable them. However if you are talking about the process of the phone booting up, the only thing I could think of is moving some apps to SD card (be careful what to move.) To reduce the workload so the phone could load faster. But keep in my that's irrelevant, as you can see the new update cvz improves boot time tremendously.

Update to PG's custom rom. Boot time is like 30 seconds for me now. It's amazing and looks great.

i did it earlier today but im picky lol i loved the start up and all but i like the stock more lol just wish i could take the start up time from PG's rom and use that with the stock ya know? lol

Dl Autostarts. Itsa great app. I think pgs rom has zipalign which helps boot faster

Btw you could add any boot animation with rom toolbox. if you want
