Root boot up problem

Can anyone tell me whats going on with my phone. I dont know what happened I powered it down to let it charge and when I turned it back on I am getting a new boot animation then what I had before. Its a flashing android sign and I am stuck on that screen. Before when I booted my phone up beats audio would appear does anyone know why its doing this? thanks in advance.

Did you change it originally to come up beats audio bootanimation?
Are you rooted?
Can you pull battery, put battery in, hold volume down while pushing power to get into hboot screen and post what it says there?
You are currently stuck on the bootanimation screen correct?

i believe the phone is rooted so i moved the thread to the rooting section. can you get to recovery? if so try wiping dalvik cache and cache and see if that helps.
