Root Boot up Security error after attempted root (MetroPCS)

I get to the fastboot on my l9 tmobile but it just keeps telling me to select phone model over and over again. it never gets me in fastboot on the computer
Edit: i can get into sw upgrade on my phone but it only stays on for a while it never stay on it.

The bootloader I can't help you with yet. I'm hoping to find an easier way because I have tried at least 20. Times to unlock a friend's and now they have inverted boot screen and fast-food but bootloader is still locked. If anyone with unlocked bootloader could make a copy of their partitions and post a link maybe we could figure something out.

What mode are u using to try to flash kids, emergency or diag?
