Root bootable cwm sd card for android 3.1

Is it possible to make a bootable cwm sd card for android 3.1 if i have the cwm image file? thanks

Sorry, I don't know what you're asking. This bootable recovery disk can only be used install roms, restore and make backups, etc for the Nook Color. (You don't have any previous posts or list any devices in your profile.) So if you have a different image, I don't see the benefit. This IS the latest version for the NC. The bootable sdcard cannot be used for any other device.

I suspect you're asking something different tho like booting a rom from the sdcard.

i'm looking for a bootable cwm to restore my backup for my acer a500 because during my rom flashing, the cwm is disappear and the tab is locked (i guess it is bricked).

I understand that this is for nook color, but i hope some geniuses like u can help me. thank you for your response.

The NC is designed to boot off the sdcard slot first, which is rare for an Android device. That's the only reason this works. If it worked for your Acer, I'm sure you would have seen it in the Acer forums.

Sorry, you should be asking for assistance in the Acer forums, since we don't know that device.
