Root Bootanimation Assistance!

I have no idea what I'm doing and after converting the HDMI images to our screen's 480x320 and placing it in the correct directory(if I even did that) upon reboot, my phone was blank until I got to my lock screen.

I would like help getting the Droid Razr M's bootanimation ready for use. This link should bring you to the download page, and any and all help is appreciated. Also, if someone is able to give me steps I'd appreciate that too!

Droid Razr M Bootanimation

Man its sweeeet! :D

So I resized the images in GIMP to 320 x 480 with output as png. I wrote the desc text file as:
320 480 30 ---I used 30 fps 'cause 15 was too slow, you may chg to suit
p 1 0 part0 ---I chg folder names for simplicity's sake
p 0 0 part1 ---ditto

I zipped it up as bootanimation.zip and placed on sdcard. Using a root explorer/browser drop it in /data/local. If you already have a bootanimation.zip in /data/local either rename it or move it to your sdcard. I didn't mess with the sound file but I just use my own .wav sound file and replace the poweron.wav in /etc.

Are you going to upload this for me, or would I need to do it?
And what am I supposed to rename the images?
I only changed them from jpg to png but the zip was huge for some reason. I made it as jpg and seems manageable.Take it apart, play with the fps settings, and get comfortable with it. You'll probably be making your own soon. :)

Thanks a million! I finally see the bootani from my phone but it shows me half way into it. Splash Screen with the yellow triangle stays up too long I guess, need a way to fix this =?
