Root Bootanimation issue

I copied a bootanimation.zip into my system/media folder, to replace my current boot animation, and it worked fine, but just now I tried to paste a new one in there over it, and when I reboot my phone it still shows the old one I pasted over, and I go into the zip with root explorer and it shows the images for the new one. I have no idea whats going on

I usually just delete the old before pasting the new and never had a problem. Try that.

ps. Make sure the zip is named right also.
