Root Bootanimations

I like to put combinations of bootanimations into one bootanimation zip.
I will try to post a new one at least once a month, if not sooner.

Don't forget to copy the original bootanimation to a folder on your phone. Then change the name of the new bootanimation to just bootanimation.zip before you paste into the /system/media folder.
Note: I usually make a new folder that I name "bootanimation". I then copy and paste new bootanimation there for renaming to just bootanimation.zip prior to moving to the /system/media folder.
This way I still can tell which bootanimation is which in a folder with multiple made and downloaded bootanimations.

I have over 400 animations of varying size on my computer. I use an app to change size to 480X800, then I create one animation from multiple animations. Then I adjust the frame rate so it will fit in the time allotted.

What takes the longest amount of time is renaming all the other frames in the other "part" folders (they all have to be renamed to follow the order established in the first "part" folder).

i tried it, my only issue is, the animation is to long. i couldn't see the ending... bummer.

Really? How much did you see? Did you see the ANDROID on top, the robot bug, LOADING on the bottom.
I tried to get the frame rate just right to show everything.
Worked great on my LG L70.
I could always bump up the frame rate.

i rebooted it twice but never get to see the droid flying in. i loaded it on my pc>ectracted it just to see the pic of the animation... looks real good though, really like it. hope you can fix it.

Do me a favor. Could you count exactly how many seconds from when you first see the first Metro PCS bootanimation to when you see the lockscreen?
That way I can optimize frame rate to fit.

i use a stopwatch & it was around 17 seconds then it went on to Lock Screen. it wouldn't reach the andoid charactor. i deleted it 3x's & reloaded it w/same results.
