Help Booting into recovery mode problems?

I'm trying to install KIN3TX ROM onto my Bionic but when i go to install it from my SD Card and it is supposed to reboot into recovery to install the ROM, it just reboots normally, without going into recovery. Ive reinstalled Clockworkmod but still no luck. Any ideas?

How exactly are you booting into recovery? Are you using Rom Manager? If you are stop using it as it doesn't not work with our phones. Are you rooted? You need root for installing roms. Have you downloaded the Bionic Bootstrapper to install the recovery? If not you need to to that to get the recovery.
