Root Bootloader 30.04 Battery Low Cannot Program

Well.. this just bites. I was hoping someone ran into this problem if so how to fix? I have the phone plugged into a wall charger and it is not charging the battery at all ..

It says Bootloader 30.04
Err: A5,70,00,00,23

Battery Low
Cannot Program.

It keeps flashing then doing a loop to Motorola symbol then back to bootloader screen

Any idea how to UNBRICK this beast? i had tried to Sbf the phone to .340 and i may have had low battery from the get go.

I ran into this problem before. I turned my phone off and had it sit on the wall charger over night it took way longer then normal to charge but in the morning it was fine. once it was fully charged I was able to sbf fine. If you keep running into bootloops make sure you wipe your data.
 
Thanks! i had it charged on wall charger for almost 16 hours now with still dead battery. Time to strip an old USB and ghetto charge it.
