I have used CM6 for some time and wanted to go back to HTC stock ROM so run the setup for flashing the desire.

the setup rebooted the phone and began to send data to phone. At 25% progress the setup was waiting for the bootloader again but this never happened.
Now whenever I power up the phone there is no HTC logo. Only the OS itself appears and I can do the usual stuff but no way to access the bootloader anymore.
Can somebody help?
