Help Bootloader problems - Please help!

I installed a rom, but something went wrong. Now it just shows the motorola logo when booting. I can hold the power button and home to get to the Android System Recover (3e), but I only have the options to 1. restart, 2. apply update from sdcard, 3, wipe data/factory reset, 4. wipe chache partition. So how do I install a different rom, or what do I need to do to get my phone working again? Thanks.
 
When you install a ROM, you need to wipe data and cache. Do that now and it should boot.
