Root bootloop after .596 update

guys i did the .596 update and went to power up the phone but now all im getting is the red m over and over i tried to hold power and home but nothing just keeps going over and over what do i do pls help

Did you try pulling the battery out then trying to get into recovery?

Once there do a reset and see if that fixes.

yup still to no evail. well i sbf back to froyo and now it works for bout an hour then the send and dialer dont work on stock 2.2.1
