Root Bootloop Alcatel 7025D Snap

Can anyone help?
I made changes in system (build.prop)file and after that my phone is in bootloop.

Can You acces recovery?maybe You can restore it back to factory settings without bootloop.Or try flash it back with official flashing tool from alcatel web http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/downloads/otu/one-touch-upgrade-s-2-8-0-setup.exe

Dont know exactly,but if You dont have developer options allowed before You got the bootloop,I think You cant acces adb now.If someone nows it better correct me...
