Zephyr101

Android Enthusiast
Hello . So I installed the root and everything went fine until I installed Beats Audio and i rebooted my phone and now It's stuck in boot up screen loop.
Help please ? :[

I did everything and allowed it to charge but now its Stuck on a black screen :(
Please help me !

try a factory reset

from powered off state

hold vol down and power, until you get to a screen that asks if you want to do a factory reset, it takes about 10 seconds for this screen to come, so just keep holding the buttons, then press power again twice when you do get the screen

make sure you have loaded the version D firmware that sammyz has provided

because this factory reset is not available in version C

I'll try to do this tomorrow morning, thank you.

If nothing works. And its still stuck bootlooping, take it to a metro corporate store BUT don't admit to rooting or anything of that sort. They'll order you a replacement for 11 bucks.

User error is not a valid reason for a warranty replacement. What you're describing is usually known as fraud.

Okay so I tried that, tried flashing the D Firmware and factory resetting and I mean I can see the little battery animation when I put the charger on my phone but, when I turn it on the LG boot animation goes on once for a short bit then the second time for the full time then quickly blinks and does it for a really short time and then It just goes to a black screen . Should I just leave it there ? Is this supposed to happen ?

no that is not suppose to happen, after the factory reset, the phone should of rebooted, and then booted into android

did you press power twice on the factory reset screen, did it say factory reset confirmed or anything like that ?

have you tried taking out the sdcard, and sim card, they may be causing an issue ?

Just a stab but have you tried pulling the battery, waiting a few seconds, replacing the battery, and poweron without being plugged into anything?

He needs to boot into download mode.
Pull battery and unplug it.
Put battery in, hold volume down and volume up and power. Plug into PC. Start unbrick process.
