Bootloop stuck on Samsung Galaxy Note II

Maybe youu can help me, my phone has been on the samsung note 2 logo, i cant do anything, only put it on download mode, i cant even enter recovery to reset or nothing, just stays there with that first logo that says samsung galaxy note 2... what can i do, i have already download stock firmware and flashed it, it reboots and all but it's still stuck on the samsung galaxy note 2 logo. I have the SGH-I317 model

Your gonna have to provide more info. What version android? When did problem start? Are you rooted? Do you have a custom recovery? You said you flashed stock? How? Which one? Have you tried pulling battery when the logo starts and waiting a minute? Put battery back in while trying recovery?
