Root Bootloop

I used NRT to update my nexus 7 2013 wifi from 5.02 rooted with twrp to 6.01 with success, I then tried to use NRT to root it and install TWRP and it booted to TWRP told me to flash a couple things, I did. and its been in a boot loop ever since, I tried to Flash stock again, but NRT only can connect to adb while its boot looping, if it reboots to recovery mode (stock recovery, but still unlocked) it loses adb connectivity. I would like to update both my tablet and phone to paranoid android, but getting the tablet functional is my main goal right now.

There's a marshmallow paranoid Android? But anyways, if you can boot it to fastboot/bootloader mode, you can flash stock from there.

I don't think marshmallow is out yet, but I was going to run 4.45 anyway. I am having trouble with fast boot drivers so I am currently in the process of trying Ubuntu.

I see. You said "update" so I thought there was something new in PA. Sounds more like a downgrade to me.
But if you used wugs successfully, it installed all the drivers. Unless you wiped them in your troubleshooting (I've done it myself). I've seen ppl that have updated to 6.0.1 (bootloader and all) have not been able to boot KitKat roms anymore. But I could be wrong. KitKat is pretty far back, but good luck!
