bored with my SGS3

Ok ive had my phone SGS3 now for about 3 months, and i find myself getting very bored with it now. I installed Launcher Pro to try to help but im still bored. I really dont want to root because i did it with my last phone and started having problems with all my ROMS i tried after a month or so. Does anybody have any tips or ideas on things i can do or install? Thanks in advance.

Seems if you're that bored with it, any app suggested may not change how you feel. Have you thought of just getting a different phone?

If you want to transform the feel of your phone, try something like Next Launcher. It's a little over the top for me, but if you want to shake things up, that might do the trick. They have a demo so you can try before you buy.

I cant get a new phone. im lucky i was able to afford this one right now, and i will check out some of the other launchers

Which ROMs did you try? Have you tried some of the more popular ROMs like CyanogenMod, AOKP, Liquidsmooth, MIUI? If you are worried about stability try the monthly or stable releases.

lol same mate :)
This is the 1st Android flagship phone ive ever owned and will probably be the last :(
Maybe you should get into putting roms on it.. as long as you make a nandroid backup, you cant really go wrong

so you cant create folders on apex or novas home screen without paying for it.

That doesnt sound right. I started using Nova on the pro (prime) version but im pretty sure the free version will let you have all the basic stuff. Use the "import" function to save having to make all your folders from scratch

If youre getting bored from the s3, just be glad you didnt get an iphone. but definitely get a new launcher, i dont think launcher pro has been updated in 2 years, get widgetlocker and change the lockscreen. without going with custom ROMs though, you are going to run out of things to change eventually

Nova Launcher Prime, Onemoreclock Widget and WidgetLocker and Powertoggle make for some cool home screen customizations. When you use Nova Prime you can download pretty much any icon pack (even icon packs made for other launchers like GoLauncher) and use the icons to skin the entire launcher or just to mix and match individual app icons, like in your dock for example. Use Zedge to download a ton of wallpapers, then use the setting in Zedge to automatically cycle through your Zedge wallpapers. You can have it update at various intervals so in theory you may have different look to your home screens every few hours.
