Root Both lockers popping up

I'm using holo locker but the stock one keeps popping up before holo? Anyone kbow how to fix this thanks I'm on 2 ics

Yea its ridiculous it also happens when i use rom toolbox and change my status bar icons the old one stays for a while then changes?

Open Holo Launcher settings. Go into 'General Settings', 'Set Default Launcher', tick 'Use by default for this action' and choose Holo Locker. Then open the Holo Locker settings and open 'Select default launcher' and choose Holo Launcher. That should solve the problem

What happens when you don't use holo launcher I'm on xperia launcher
