Root Bought a new sd card, how do I switch over?

My phone is unbranded, unlocked, rooted, partitioned EXT3/FAT32 and running oxygen 0.2.1.

I am upgrading to a 16 gig microsdhc card. What do I need to do to switch over?

Is clockwork recovery on my sd card? I am concerned if I switch to a freshly partitioned card i'll lose the ability to flash.

My plan is this:

Partition 16gb card as EXT3 (512mb) / FAT32
Place card into phone
Reboot into recovery
Wipe
Flash ROM, either defrost or oxygen.
Reboot and pray

I don't care about personal data lost because I don't have any. This phone is barely a few days old. I don't mind starting fresh as I'm still experimenting with roms and such.

Switch off phone. Power on by pressing Vol- and then Power button. A few secs later in the menu, if u see Recovery, choose it with Vol button and press power button again.

If Clockmod starts, it's on your phone. It wont go away unless you try to unroot.
