Help Box on screen while taking pics.

When i am taking pics on mobile a white box comes up on screen and seems to stay in middle of screen.

i hate it keep showing while trying to take pics so how can i stop it from showing?

The white box that eventually gurns green is telling you what the camera is using to focus on. I wouldn't get rid of that. You might change it's behavior by toggling metering between center-weighted, matrix and spot.

If you're talking about a white tic-tac-to pattern on the screen, you can toggle that in settings...it's called "guidelines".

Hold the phone still and watch the box. When it turns green, the autofocus has focused. If it's not focused, tap the box and it will focus again.

If you want the focus to be somewhere else (like blur the foreground but get the background sharp), tap where you want it to focus.
