Boxwave Cleartouch vs Anti-Glare

Which one do you guys like better? I know the cleartouch is smoother and has glare.. but besides that what are the pros and cons of both?

Generally Anti-glare is fingerprint resistant and the normal ones pick up fingerprints easily. Also the colors don't seem as vibrant on an anti glare. Me being so anal about a dirty or smudged screen, anti glare is the way to go.

I also have the anti glare and so far i like it. It has a nice soft touch to it that compliments my soft seidio innocase

So is the anti glare fingerprint resistant? And how well does it fit? No bubbles? Which ones did you get?

Its not 100% fingerprint resistant but it GREATLY reduces fingerprints, smudges, etc. Also, bubbles is an issue of applying it correctly, and I managed to get it on only with like one or two tiny bubbles that aren't on the screen so I'm content. You can always take off the screen, rinse, and reapply which is a nice feature.

Its also great in the car when I'm driving with the sun behind me....noooo glare. Plus its easier for many ppl to crowd around a device and watch a movie while a light source is in the background, no complaints of glare even then.

Which brand did you get? Would you mind posting a link?

I bought Anti-Glare ons from Clarivue ( just google it). They were cheaper than Boxwave and came with 2 protectors. They are basically the same products, as I had boxwave on my old storm.

How fingerprint resistant is that one? This is one of my main issues, and I have an anti-glare for my iPod Touch and it works wonderfully.

I have the boxwave clear and it is pretty darned fingerprint resistant. It's a lot better than the bare glass. There are no bubbles. You can't even tell there is a screen protector on the phone.

Ah! Excellent!

But tell me, Barbara - Does it deaden the screen color and/or brightness? I would hate for that to happen!

I got the anti-glare one the other day and it works like a charm. I really like the feel of it and it only affects screen clarity at certain angles of view. Even that is not very noticeable. I'll be ordering a second one for my wife's Droid.
