Gmail has now updated its contact management online. If you don't see the changes, you soon will. I was updated no less than 15 minutes ago. Anyway, there is now a simple way to delete all those contacts that do not exist in the 'My Contacts' group. In other words, you can now with a few simple clicks make the 'My Contacts' group identical with all the contacts Gmail syncs with your Vibrant.
Simply delete all the contacts in the "Other Contacts" tab. It was previously a bit difficult to do this without deleting the ones in the 'My Contacts' group.
Anyways, one of my peeves with Samsung's contact app has been slightly mitigated.
