Root bricked phone

yo my lg optimus m695 was bricked because of the rom manager and now i cant get out of the lg screen. does anyone know a good unbrick method plz help as soon as posible.:banghead:

I was trying to use swap-on - swap on... did not work with this kenel... Rebooted phone through lg utility... Never came back on.

Any ideas? Thanks.
