Root Bricked while trying to install Cyanogenmod

I tried to install Cyanogenmod 6.1 released on 21/12/2010, I did a factory reset and then updated the BPSW, cyanogenmod and put on the Google Apps. When I turned the phone off it now won't turn the screen on, I have tried leaving the battery out for half an hour or so and have tried loading into Recovery and Bootloader modes but no luck.

I have plugged the phone into a wall charger hoping that will charge the battery, but the white charging light isn't on so I'm just hoping it's charging.

Does anyone have any idea as to what I can do, or do I speak to Motorola about seeing if they'll fix it under warranty?

Thanks,

Si

I highly doubt they will fix it under warranty but you can try. So when you hold the D-Pad up and power on the phone releasing the power button after you see the motorolat boot logo it doesnt show the boot loader info?

I bricked mine and went to telus and they couldn't figure out what was wrong because it would do literally nothing. So I got a brand new one for free :)

You do not need to get to Moto logo to get to Bootloader AFAIR. I just tried on my mine and when you want to go into bootloader mode you will not see the M logo.

Ya slight correction sorrry. Thats for flashing different roms with nandroid back up when you see the motrola logo. After releasing the power button and holding the up directon on the DPay it should go right to the bootloader.
