Help Bricked ZTE Vital cant seem to fix with most methods

Hello all, I am relatively new to modding phones and I gloriously turned my ste into a brick, It does not flash into recovery or FTM, however when i hold the volume buttons down and plug in the phon to my computer it registers as ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface on COM4, every thread ive followed i hit a brick wall at the flashing point, i do have a stick rom , I just dont know what to do from here and really need this phone back. Any suggestions?

I tried that but when i do ADB devices nothing is listed, but it does get recognized on com4 as ZTE diagnostic interface .it just seems to stop from there

Install this, tell it to download drivers when it asks. PdaNet+ -- Internet Sharing for Android Worked for me when ADB side load wasn't working.
