I tried to put cwm on and I turned it off and unplugged it. Then I held down the power and volume buttons, then it vibrates and everything then the green android pops up with a yield sign with a exclamation mark any ideas?
 
Follow the guide to installing CWM again, but this time make sure that everything is named correctly and placed in the proper directory on your phone. The android with the yield sign means that the stock recovery was not replaced on your device.

I just now did that, but now it won't start up it's stuck at moto load sceen and
cwm won't load it just vibrates and stops and keeps it at the load screen.
 
Try unplugging everything from your phone, pulling the battery for around sixty seconds, and then booting into CWM again. If that doesn't work, post a screenshot of your MOBILE drive and the files on it so we can help you troubleshoot further.

Trust me when I say that the triumph is damn near unbrickable, pull the battery & try to boot into downloader mode once in download mode plug it into your PC & open the mobile folder & replace only the recovery image then pull the battery & hold volume up, volume down, & power
 
No problem glad to help, I've had 7 triumph's & I've done all kinds of crazy & reckless stuff to this phone so if any of my mistakes will can help out then they were worth it lol.
