Help Brightness% help

I want to set my brightness to 30 but have no way of telling what percent I'm setting it to. Can someone help me out here?

Well I'm sure you can tell what 50% is so just go about half way down from that.

Personally I would just set it for what you are comfortable with.
Mine is just barely on and that is how I like it.

i ask because on 2.1i could go to battery manager and it would tell me the percent i set it to. also because i use the app Tasker and some tasks i have make the screen go to its brightess, and as i exit task i like the screen to go back to normal but when running 2 tasks at the same time that kinda do the same thing there it conflict so i make sure in the end it heads back down to 30.

Each phone may be a little different.

Personally, I'm good w/ 0% unless I'm outdoors.

I do find the Auto option useless since the brightness doesn't change NOTICEABLY. I can be in a pitch black room and it'd dim VERY VERY little.
