Broken ICOO D70G3

Hello,
Few days ago i got my new ICOO D70G3 but unfortunately it came BROKEN, the screen is dead! I want to post images here so i can ask you for advice. By the pictures, can you tell me is it only LCD broken or !?

I must tell you that by "feel" i can turn on tablet, unlock it (it vibrates), enter menu and increase or decrease sound and hear it. There is no scratch (damage)at surface of tablet, and i think that something INSIDE is broken. I can't feel outside it, so what do you think by these i mag es, do i need to ask for LCD or for whole display !?

If this came to me new, I would promptly return it!! Contact the manufacturer and or the shipper. A brand new tablet should not come broken.

Believe or not, i did try.But i live in country that DOES NOT ACCEPT sending anything that have battery in self. I found that in hard way!!!

is it there any chance that you know by look what is LCD and is it that broken ond 2nd link because i think seller would send !? Displey is from 2 parts, that black one untoched and other one that is broken i left
