Broken in 4 hours

Well I've had my Smartwatch 3 a grand total of 4 hours. 2 were spent on charge and the strap has already broken. The hinge on the strap just sheared off when I tried to close it. Think I'll be returning this one for a refund!

what was the battery life time? 1 day or more?

I get 2 days from mine with a bit to spare, if it's powered on constantly. As I normally switch it off overnight the usual charge frequency is every third day.
