Help Broken Nexus 7 2013

So I sent in my Nexus 7 2013 into Asus to estimate the repairs, two weeks have gone by and no response from them, I don't know what to do I really like the tablet but the customer service is horrible. I don't want to waste my money buying another one. What should I do?

If you filled out an RMA form, you should have a claim number. You call call and inquire about it.

You can look up your RMA on their site and they will show the updates as they happen.
