Help Broken screen and frame, please help (N7000)

Hi! I'm new in the forums, I own a Samsung Note N7000, which was recently been driven on by a car .
Now the screen and frame is broken (I'm almost certain it's only the screen and frame since I plugged in the battery and sim and it turned on and received calls) and I was looking for a replacement, on Ebay there is an item which is called "Black Frame + LCD Screen + Touch Digitizer For Samsung Galaxy Note i9220 N7000"
and I wanted to know if this should fit.
As I understood there is a difference between I9220 and N7000, but I figured these two variants share the same screen components (LCD, Digitizer, Frame, etc...)

Unless it's a couple hundred dollars it won't support the S-pen function as far as I understand. A regular capacitive screen will work, but you pay premium for the Wacom functionality.

*oops, looked it up. Doesn't say anything about keeping S-pen function, makes me nervous. By the price, I would hope it's a legit screen.
