Help broken screen samsung g s 2

hi ive cracked my screen and i need help on repairing it what do i need ive ordered the glass screen off ebay but appaerently that not all i need is it?

please help

I know that with the Samsung galaxy s3 , that the digitizer is built into the LCD.
This is different than most smartphones where the LCD , digitizer and surface glass are all seperate components that are all fused together. With the s2 , it will be more difficult to replace the screen .not impossible but difficult.
