Broken SD card reader in Vibrant?

Hi,
This morning woke up to find my vibrant turned off in the morning, weird. When I turned it on there was a message that said, "damaged internal SD card" and "cannot mount external SD card".

So I put in a known working SD card and got the same messages. This makes me think that either the phones internal memory is shot, or that the SD card read is toast.

Maybe a factory reset will fix it, but the phone won't let me do a factory reset. Wont let me mount, unmount, format or anything.

Any ideas on what I should do?

do a factory reset. if the problem persists, then sounds like it is the hardware, get a warranty replacement after doing a factory reset.
 
Done. Took it into T-Mobile and they relaxed it with a new one. They made me pay shipping any one want to buy the new one when it comes? Pm me 250 plus shipping.
