So the other day the charging port on my Triumph decided to quit on me. It's literally impossible to mount the SD card, and getting it to charge is a nightmare in itself. I've had this piece of junk for just over 4 months, and had to twist VM's customer support arm to find out if it was under warranty or not. They keep trying to tell me to file an insurance claim, but I have a hard time believing that neither VM or Motorola won't cover it under some kind of warranty. My real question is, is there anyway to get a different phone OTHER than this pile? Or is VM or Moto just going to send me one of your broken and refurbished Triumphs? Any help is appreciated!
