This handset works perfectly in all other respects. WiFi in my home is excellent, and my laptop and Palm "see" the service even from across the street.
However, the Eris operates as though it's in a grounded tin can. Connectivity is possible only within a few feet of the wireless router. I installed WeFi Connect, with no improvement.
What part of the Eris IQ test have I failed?
