Help Brother in Peace Corps, disable images loading?

My brother is in the Peace Corps in Uganda, Africa, and data usage and wifi are an absolute premium. I'm not finding anything in Chrome that allows me to turn off loading images. Is there such a thing?? Thanks in advance.

None that I know of. Although Chrome does have the compress everything option to use less data. Basically depending on the website, it could lead to using up to 50% less data.

Dolphin Browser https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser has the option to turn off images in Settings, Advanced

Thank you. The Dolphin browser looks to be the best option for turning off "Load images". Appreciate the screen shot too.

No problem mate
It also has text wrap (if you zoom in on some text it auto-fits your screen (main reason I still use it as my eyes are shit)
And if he also installs the Dolphin Jetpack add-on app he'l get flash content (although that may be a bad idea with limited data lol).
