Help Browser glitch?

Ive had no problems using the default browser until today. Now it sometimes seems to pause quite considerably when attempting to return to it, and when it does it sometimes remains unresponsive for a few seconds before the page redraws itself and becomes responsive again? Anyone got any ideas?

I had this issue always when I go to a specific link... like you said the phone is all freezed for seconds.. this is the link : https://www.videotron.com/client/Espace-client

this is the only place I had this issue.. really weird!
