Just got my phone and I've been having fun with it. I'm having some problems that I can't figure out.

When I go to my online school website, I get an alert that I'm using an unsupported browser. The website lists Firefox as a browser that is supported, so I downloaded Firefox from the Android market.

The school website still says I'm using an unsupported browser. I can get log on and then go to the classroom, but once in the classroom, I can't do anything. The pinch zoom, links, etc... won't work.

Any help would be appreciated. The tech support at the school is no help.

University of Phoenix? None of my browsers work, either. I've used five different ones with no success. I think it's something to do with the type of frames they use on the website (if it's the same school...). I don't think there's anything we can do about it right now.

You might find some luck when you change the ua string from android to desktop in the stock browsee. Go to your url bar, clear it out type in "about:debug" without the quotes press enter, nothing will happen. Press menu and go to settings scroll down almost to the bottom you will see one that says UAString. Change it to desktop. If your lucky it will trick the website to believe your on a desktop. See if that helps. Reset the browser before trying. As in force close the browser. And disable mobile view way at the top
