Help Browser issue

hi, for some days i have this problem on some net browser (chrome and firefox) when i return to a prevoius page I'm throwing in the top of the page not where I left the page before, its verry annoyng when im on long site page to scroll back every time . Thx in advance.

theres no fix per se that i know of, i too have experienced it myself and yes it is frustrating
