Help Browser - Mobile Only??

Anyone know of a way to make the stock browser act as a desktop browser instead of a mobile?

I haven't tried it yet, but I've heard good things about Dolphin browser--apparently you can change its 'user agent' (the browser id string it reports to websites) to make websites see it as a desktop browser rather than a mobile browser.

type in the address bar about:debug. Under settings scroll completely down. The last entry you can change from Android to Desktop. Somehow it doesn't work always properly. No idea why.
