Help Browser No Longer Asks How to Open Maps

Many times I have sent myself a link to a map, and when I click the link in my phone's browser, it would ask how I wanted to open it. I would select my Google Maps application, and then use it to navigate to my destination.

Suddenly, the browser no longer asks how to open the link and just goes straight to the web-based google maps which don't allow me to navigate. Help anyone?

Disregard this request. I just discovered my updated Maps application has a listing for "My Maps" under the "layers" button. All my maps are right there.
