Help Browser problem

The browser on my GT540 has become unusable when I want to login to my CCTV cams.

The brower is no problem when I go onto a site that does want me to login.

The browser is the one that is part of phone software and not anything that I have downloaded.

The problem is.

Before I was able to enter my username and password and login but now I can enter my username but when I move down to my password box and start to enter password an extra cursor appears in username box and with the one in the password box so when I type in my password box the characters appear in the username box together with my username. so I cannot login.

Any body any idea how I can overcome this without returning to factory settings,

hmmm, you can type your username and password on a blank file,note, or adress bar and then copy them
