Help Browser problem

When I tilt my phone horizontally,I do not get the landscape view.Even though I resetted my browser settings,the problem still persists.Can anyone tell me what kind of problem this is,and how to fix it?

I've got to ask. Have you set your phone to auto rotate? If you have I don't know.
