Help browser search history

my device is a sansung note II Verzion is my provider when i open the Google browser at the bottom of the page I select settings then select history it asks for me to log on I do that then all of my search history is displayed I check each day of the month I want to delete but I cant find any selection to delete my selection please help

Hi, have you tried going straight to 'Google history'? :-

https://history.google.com/history/

The format has changed recently and now includes 'apps used' on a daily basis as well as search history, and the delete button is presented top right after selection of individual items and/or on a daily basis.

There should also be a 'Delete options' available if you tap the 3 dot menu button top right (before making a selection), with the choice of Today, Yesterday or Advanced.

If it still doesn't work for you I would suggest trying a different browser to access it - the delete function is there on the stock HTC browser, Chrome and Dolphin on my M9, although with Dolphin if I scroll down to select an item to delete I have to scroll back to the top of the page to see the delete button (could be a setting option but I don't often use Dolphin so CBA to check it ).

Hi funky, that just clears Dolphin browsing history - it won't clear 'Google search' history or 'apps used' history - the problem I referred to is specifically when accessing Google history with Dolphin and is possibly to do with page formatting, or just a quirk of Dolphin.

When I access Google history with HTC or Chrome browser the delete button appears top right without scrolling.

Which is partly why I have a number of browsers, from time time I'll come across a web page that won't respond 100% to a particular browser - try another browser and it's ok.
