Help Browser shuts down unless javascript is turned off?!

hey guys i have been a long time lurker, however this is my first post. i need help. i have had my new thunderbolt for 12 hours. here is my issue. there are certain websites that once they fully load the browser auto closes and it goes back to the home screen. i found if i turn off javascript everything is fine, however then some other sites lose functions. i had a droid 1 forever and never had any issues with any of the sites i am trying to access. what am i doing wrong?

Have not seen that issue myself but perhaps you should list a couple of the web sites that are causing this issue for you so others can try it.

Just tried it. On stock browser. Fully up no force close. Try clearing you're cache, and setting the browser back to defaults.

I tried with the stock browser and all is good. Dolphin doesnt cooperate though

cleared cache, reset browser defaults, no dice, didnt help a thing. should i just take this thing back?

Try a reboot. What browser are you trying to use?

Well I tried everything and gave up. Went back to my VZW store. They agreed it was a issue. They said it was a issue with my javascript software pack? Hard restore no more issues yet. Ugh.
