browsing on PC using samsung mobile

Go to the Samsung site and find the appropriate driver for the phone and the computer. Download and install it.

Sorry, but can you clarify a bit more? Browsing what? The internet or the phone?

If the phone, download Kies to get latest drivers. Connect the phone to the PC with the USB cable and you should have MTP connection allowing you to browse the phone's content. Another way is connecting the phone via mass storage mode. Just go to settings/more and look for the USB connection. Follow on screen instruction. You only connect the cable after tapping the icon.

You can also use Kies Air or Air droid for browsing the phone contents without the cable.

If you mean browsing the net, you can use the phone as a modem. Just go to settings/more and look for tethering options. Either by cable or setting up wifi hotspot.

If you mean using the PC internet connection for browsing with the phone, then I never manage to make that work and wasn't important to me so never studied further.
