Help BT

I can barely hear the phone commands and the people I talk to when using my BT. I checked the BT volume and it was high as it could go. Is there a volume setting for BT on the phone?
Can I use Google instead of the original voice commands? Thanks

Have you checked the phone's volume? AFAIK, there's no BT volume control, just phone and media volumes (apply any time the phone is making a noise). I don't have volume problems with either a BlueAnt Q2 or Sena SMH-10 (motorcycle BT headset).

Thanks for the reply. I have my ringtone and other volumes set to the highest in settings. Is there an external volume button? Do you have any problems with the phone not recognizing what you say when doing voice commands? I'll say Dial 327 6281 and it will say Dial 783 9271. Also it doesn't ask if that's the number I wanted to dial it just dials the number it thinks I said. Thanks again
